So I'm an APer and go pretty frequent to the parks and happen to come across certain things that need to be fixed or have changed. One thing being the last couple of times I've been on Buzz Lightyear his face is barely visible do to the projector needing to be replaced or repaired, as well as noticing the conveyor belt for PoC at the exit of the ride seems to have been replaced and no longer has the peg leg marking on it. The point of this thread I guess is kinda of a game of I Spy ..... not really but what have you guys found that you feel should be fixed, or has recently been fixed that you have noticed?

I like the change of the boats in small world...much smoother ride....also like the refurb of the People Mover...smoother ride also.....I agree with the poster's who said that the mono rail needs a complete over haul.

The monorails should definitely be updated, I wasn't aware of the small world boats. I did however ride in a new boat within PoC which did let people sit in the last row. Whats unfortunate is that the Astro Orbiter got a lengthy Refub which took apart the whole attraction and the planets still don't move. I wonder why all the work without fixing that :/

Park operations are really bad with their boat rides. Small World, PotC, Splash all have boats stack up at the end jus sitting there. Just launch slower.

There's been times I've gone and the boats haven't stacked up but it was also the slow season, and it rarely the case. I've been backed up in PotC within the burning scene under the man sitting on the bridge. Here's hoping this scheduled downtime fixes all if not most of these issues.

I was there in February and noticed the sound effects in space mountain weren't working properly, most noticeably (to me) the ones towards the end of the ride while in the corkscrew.

Unfortunately there is a whole thread on this, It was supposed to have an extensive refurb replacing most if not all the track and fixing all the audio and projectors. Budget was cut and refurb didn't happen, my assumption is it might happen one year before 2020 as its Disney's 50th. That's my only hope for a lot of these attractions as it seems DL is getting lots of love now due to their 60th anniversary.

Additionally I was surprised to see paint chipping on the salmon color monorail along the door edges. Also several times I noticed garbage in the parks, something I don't recall seeing in years past. If I recall correctly stuff like wrappers etc were always scooped right up by maintenance. It's funny, we go to Lake Compounce in CT, and have been to Hershey Park in the past couple of years, and I dont know if those parks have stepped up thier games, or if Disney has lost a step, but I no longer sense the huge chasm between the different experiences.

This is another thing that apparently needs to really be worked on, my understanding is that the monorails will be automated soon so here's hoping that the monorails get refurbished as well.

I've been somewhat blind in all my trips and didn't notice things like this.....buuuuut rest assured, thanks to this site, I'll notice all faults in my next trip. Lol

Unfortunately due to this site I have noticed a lot. Sometimes I wish I was oblivious to these issues as they lose the magic. Since I go often I realize things here and there, but it will not deter me from being positive about what could come in the future.
