You feel uneasy for seeing something as natural as breastfeeding?

boy.. you have issues! :hilarious:

Erm no I don't, I was joking about the number of people who post on here about there being breastfeeding women throughout the parks. I've been visiting for over 40 years and have yet unfortunately never witnessed this once. The closest I've come was seeing a lady lose her top at Typhoon Lagoon on a water slide.

Maybe Disney should address the number of people putting their too-old and able bodied children in diapers there. Yes, this is a thing amongst mommy bloggers. This is how we create psychological issues, people.

What ages are we talking here? Is this to save time queuing for the toilet?:eek::eek:

Anywhere from 4 up. Some people carry on the tradition into adulthood. The logic is that they're a backup for long lines and such. I understand that there are plenty of people that need them but the kids described seemed more inept then incontinent.

That shouldn't make any difference. The parks are open 365 days a year and no matter what crowd capacity they have, all attractions were designed to run 100% all year from open until close. It's most likely just a slack in maintenance once again. $30/hour and nightshift maintenance still sleeps most of the night due to poor leadership.

Is there proof to this?

Proof of poor leadership? Stand inside and Guest Services for an hour and just listen.

I only go to Guest Services to look at the pin book, I try not to bother myself with some of the complaints others guests have. A lady went in once complaining about a dog, saying the dog didn't have papers and how it was aloowed on the park and how it could have bitten her. It was a very small yorkie not sure why it was in the park with a guest but it was on her lap on display for everyone to see so I'm pretty sure the park was aware of the dog. Mind you the dog very well behaved but besides the point I feel many people complain just to complain.

Probably you encountered the dreaded "May I talk to the Manager" soccer mom with the typical haircut who wants to get as much free stuff as possible via complains.

It's ridiculous as is all the other complaints "OMG its so hot outside" welcome to Florida, "Why is it raining?" Hello FL, and my favorite "Why are the lines so long!" Maybe cause its a busy season or uber popular ride, smile and be happy you're in Disney.

Park operations are really bad with their boat rides. Small World, PotC, Splash all have boats stack up at the end jus sitting there. Just launch slower.
That is a great idea if you like a long lines. They need to consistently launch quicker and maybe remove a few boats.

Additionally I was surprised to see paint chipping on the salmon color monorail along the door edges. Also several times I noticed garbage in the parks, something I don't recall seeing in years past. If I recall correctly stuff like wrappers etc were always scooped right up by maintenance. It's funny, we go to Lake Compounce in CT, and have been to Hershey Park in the past couple of years, and I dont know if those parks have stepped up thier games, or if Disney has lost a step, but I no longer sense the huge chasm between the different experiences.
I'm curious. Was it a messy gooey trash, or something like a napkin? If gooey, did you notify a nearby CM? If a napkin, did you bother to pick it up? Park cleanliness is OUR responsibility as well. If you see trash, then pick it up. If you're a germaphobe, then carry hand sanitizer. While I understand that they have CMs to clean the parks, that doesn't mean we can't help out.
