I'm hoping that sometime before it go to that big theme park in the sky, (yea, right) all those, scare agenda creators, will finally come to the realization that EVERYTHING we do, everything we eat, everything we touch or breath, from the moment of conception in varying degrees, will eventually lead to our death. And like quoted by Caesar, I think, they took the foil as the culprit when it was the leaving them out, wrapped up, that did the damage and it wouldn't matter what they were wrapped up in. Foil was not the problem... stupid was the problem. As it is with most things.
exactly!

anything left that many hours is instant bacteria breeding house!

Don't want to believe there was yet another college campus shooting. :(
From what I read.. It seemed more like a targeted murder and not a mass shooting.

Is it just me or does Tiger Woods seem to have a never ending list of new medical issue excuses for his poor playing these days?
Well, it is likely that he sprained something with that shot. His arms and hands move very fast. The only one that, in spite of being a fan, makes me giggle is the "failure of his gluts to engage" episode. What a clever way to say... I just couldn't get my butt in gear.

In seriousness though, he didn't really put much emphasis on it, the media surely did, but, he claimed to have "fixed" that problem almost immediately. He also said that he wasn't unhappy about how the tournament went and he acted almost human all week long. Smiles, hugs, autographs... the works. It's a new Tiger, near the end of his career. I wonder where he will get money to pay his bills once he stops golfing. The old Tiger did win more though!

That's just an accident waiting to happen.
There was a time when they were designed that way for safety reasons. The electrical switches were outside because the theory that water and electricity do not mix, really has a basis of reality. They felt that the further they put them from the water the better. Not necessary any more with all the new switches that will shut down the current if water is exposed, (ground fault interrupters) but, it does have a historical design background.

Just shows that ship needs to be updated so our friends don't fall.

I've only been on one cruise, so correct me if I'm wrong, but, aren't the bathrooms very small and cramped and the actual possibility of water accidentally sprayed about is quite high. You really don't want those switches in there with you.

I don't know because I've never been on a ship because, to me, Titanic was not a romantic movie but a warning or premonition meant for me to stay on land. But yea, I guess you are right. However if the new system shuts off the circuit or whatever then wouldn't that new safeguard protect people?

Depends on the ship. I found the Disney Wonder's spacious enough, but then, I'm not that tall.
I think the shower was the most cramped part (on the Wonder).
