:hungry: ;) :)
Those look tasty I must admit. My dad likes the ones in tomato sauce I think. We would sit watching cowboy movies, which I love, he with his sardines, me with my canned oysters.
So I made a mistake and thought the anchovies were sardines. They still look yummy and salty.

Waiting for the lots splits for Hubby's site - ie) Which Builder gets which parcel of lots.
Then it's just a matter of putting the site plan together. Given that it's a Ph. II of an existing project, the renderings and brochure booklets are already done.

My site - we're waiting for Draft Plan Approval ie) The Municipality's kiss on the forehead telling us to proceed.
Then we still have to do the site plan, finalize renderings, and print all brochures and merchandising.

It's going to be a pretty far drive for me - the previous drive of an hour, plus 15-20 minutes more.
Good thing baseball season starts on Monday! At least I'll have something to listen to driving home.

Also, the Boss is being cagey about who my partner is going to be.
I hope you get a partner you want to work with.

98 doesn't work well for me either. I remember way back when a long time ago I get the flu and went down to about 105 and for about a month after (that's how long it took to get back to normal) a few of my friends kept asking me if I was eating and they worried I went anorexic. I worry more about the size of my jeans.

When my DS was a toddler and in a daycare center he caught everything and shared it with me. I took him to the pediatrician, he was sick, I was sick, Doc walked in the room and said you look terrible and he was talking to me not the son. I could get an appointment for my kid but couldn't get one for me. Doc excused himself and came back to do DS checkup and told me to move on over next to my Doc cause he just made me an appointment. I was down to 89 pounds.

It took me almost a full year to get over it all and get my strength and weight back to 98 pounds but I became a germaphobic. Sure I caught stuff but never as rundown as I was that year. At about 110-115 pounds I do seem to have more resistance. 98 pounds was my natural weight back then, I ate like a piglet and aside from that year I never lost weight or gained weigh and after 2 kids within 6 weeks I was back to 98 pounds and in my normal jeans.
Till the big 40!

I don't think Thanksgiving has been shut down anywhere for quite a few years. Black Friday shouldn't start before 3am!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too many states but even in states that allow it, some retailers fight the trend and don't open.
Colonial era laws to push people to go to church on Sunday and holidays -- bar retailers in Massachusetts, Maine and Rhode Island from opening on Thanksgiving giving people family time.

I can work with anyone except G.
I'm probably the one no one wants to work with. ;)

In fact, the Builder has been known to scream at the "boys" that "if they don't get their (expletive deleted) ship together, they can have a turn working with Jennifer!" Tends to make me a little unpopular around the boardroom table.

Not my fault I like to bring in clean, full price offers. I've always said that I'd rather do my negotiating with the Purchaser in my office, rather than have offers literally thrown at me in the boardroom.

And seriously, our job is not that complicated. How hard is it to make sure that all pages of the offer are signed and/or initialed?

Yep, I too love sardines in just plain oil, tomato, hot, or mustard sauce. I can also eat a can of plain or smoked oysters, clams, mussels, etc.. Love that stuff...! :hungry: :)
