Space Mountain Refurb?

This really sucks because we wanted to ride Space Mountian in Sept. 2009 couldn't being refub. and now 6 years later its down again in April 20-23 what the heck man come on WDW what r u doing to me!!! ARGHHHHHH!!!!

On the phone with Disney and they just said that Space Mountain will be down from the April 20-23. They didn't have any details on exactly why.

Not enough trim breaks... need to add more.

Just a complete guess but with Tomorrowland opening on May 22, it could be closing for a quick spruce up and some retheming tie-ins.

It's a wild guess. Stab in the literal dark. Give it a quick cleaning. Put up a few posters. Done.

Here's hoping the entire ride system fails and collapses onto itself (while no riders are present) and forces Disney to re-do the attraction. I used to love Space Mountain but I hate what it has become now, I think a modern re-creation of Space Mountain would be so awesome!

i was thinking it might have failed an inspection, on a non-critical issue, such as a cracked weld or sheared off bolt... and they just scheduled it down for repairs ASAP.
