I agree, Toronto never impressed me much. In all fairness, I never really gave it much of a chance, but, what I did see didn't scream to me to come back and look around.

I've visited Montreal many times, and also lived in TO for a year. I've been back to TO periodically since leaving there in1982, and, imo, things have gone downhill. I haven't been to Montreal recently, but when I was there in the 70s I had my first run in with the Russian mafia.

Dropping your phone breaks the warranty. It's considered abuse and most manufacturers have a clause in their warranty excluding them from any damages or claims caused by misuse and abuse.

My iPhone will be replaced for anything but theft. Yet if I have the glass replaced it voids any replacement.

I did that once. I did the rice thing and it worked. buttons a tad crunchy after that.

Is that an Apple warranty of a store warranty? Two completely different things. Store sell extended warranties and replacement warranties also. Just wondering who would replace the phone in your case?

My kids have had their phones replaced with new ones just days before the 2 year mark.
