or "Has anyone ever eaten at such-and-such?" or "Has anyone ever stayed at "such-and-such resort?"

No, I think you are the first...
I think the problem is how you define the scope of these questions.
perhaps they were saying "anyone" as in the place they are posting (Ie a forum of disney, and they if someone tried a XXX food brand somewhere and thus want opinions).

Like going to a movie site and saying "As anyone ever seen this rare japanese movie? what do you think?"

At least that's what I think of the whole ordeal. o_O

I know where I'm going in November!
Those trash can Salt & Pepper shakers will be my go-to gift for all my Bros and their wives this year. Every year I give each couple $100 cash plus a smallish gift. These are perfect!

They are salt and pepper shakers? they look really detailed!
Id definitively buy a pair too.. Also I'm sort of a compulsive mug buyer.. I either buy a plush, a mug or a tshirt as the priority memento.

Also, sorry for spamming the thread again.. NAP TIME IS ALMOST HERE!

I think sometimes it's newbies or those that don't post on a forum a lot just trying to ask a question. We were all new once. :)

Had part 1 of my orientation this morning. Lots of boring videos and paperwork. Pretty much they could have just told me "use common sense" and I would be just as well off. I go back in on Monday to finish my orientation (I assume, she kind of had to cut me off and leave), and then I don't think I'll be able to start actual work until the 29th because they just did the schedules for the next two weeks. I did get paid for the 2.5 hours I was there today, though, and she said that's all that will be on the first paycheck.
That seems like a long time from orientation to starting day. You won't be added to the schedule to shadow somebody?

When I was pregnant with my first I decided my hair was too long and cut it to just above my shoulders. With layers. In mid-July. It had been to my mid-back and I was able to let it curl naturally. After the cut I had to wear it in a clip for the remainder of the summer or it would curl to an awfully unflattering length. I no longer get haircuts during humid months. I can't be trusted to make good decisions.

That is my hair too. When I was pregnant with my 2nd I cut it up to my shoulders. My DS when I came home told me I looked pretty, just like a Poodle. Good thing I am not sensitive, my DH was mortified as the comparison came out of my sons mouth. My hair never gets cut shorter than beneath my shoulder blades after that decision as my hair is too thick and wavy.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
My hair has always had a slight wave to it.
I always said that it was too straight to be curly, and too curly to be straight.

Then I had kids and it become more curl; less wave.

Florida hair, however, is extra curly.

Not sure I can pull off the no bangs look. We may, or may not, find out.

But.. That is still not a taco, that would fit more to the definition of "Sope" or chalupa.

I definitively will try to go around more my place to take photos of birds.. weather permitting.
As the hurricane season is starting and it means pouring rain almost every day!

Speaking of which, it's down pouring here. Tornado warnings too. I just got home from the grocery store and just in time...because my street is turning into a river!

Nope, no bangs here either, I envy those who can.

I can't do bangs. I look special with them, and not in a good way. :cautious:

I emptied the dog dish outside on Monday night, it is overflowing today after 2 days of rain. I had 2 palms floating in water this morning. I took out DH drill and drilled a hole in each planter at the bottom, I didn't notice that there wan't drain holes in these Ikea planter containers. Ooops. (I can do stuff when DH is around to catch me) Good luck with the rain, it hasn't stopped for long here yet today. Getting squishy. Maybe I'll hike to the riverwalk tonight if it breaks for a Pup Walk.

Yeah, I looked 'special' too in bangs. Never going to happen again.
