Sorry, but I cannot condone the "middle of the day unconsciousness" thing. As my mother always, always, always said when my dad would doze off... "Wake up, you have an eternity to sleep! Don't waste this time." Words to live by and one that I always adhere to unless I fall asleep while watching "How's It Made". Unplanned rest periods do not count.
