The Hulk has is actually thrilling for an adult. For this ride, there should be some cool stuff to look at and some time spent in the vehicle.

I completely understand that. I was just making a point that the average coaster regardless of intensity doesn't exceed 90 seconds.

This is an older thread, but the link within it that came from a Q&A with Imagineers claims the ride time will be 3 1/2 minutes. I'm not expecting it to be that long unless the slower, indoor show scenes are really slow.

I think after you take out the two lifts and padded dispatch interval times your looking at a 70-90 second ride.

That makes sense to me. Unless the lift hills are very fast it would be hard to believe that the entire ride would only be 90 seconds.

Rides like Peter Pan, Space Mountain, RNRC and EE are all under 3 minutes and generally have long waits. It really highlights the worth of a ride like Splash Mountain which is a true E ticket with great show scenes, a decent thrill factor and is also really long.

Expedition Everest is the one of the ones listed as being under 3 minutes that really surprised me. It feels longer when you are on it.

That's the thing...time goes by a lot slower than it seems like it should. People should just sit and stare at a clock and count as 60, 90, 180 seconds tick by. It feels like forever. Then imagine how far a coaster can travel in that time.

I liken it to when people say, "I've been sitting at this [traffic] light for 5 minutes!" when it's likely only been 15 or 30 seconds.

A lot can happen in a very short amount of time.

Where did you get that ride length? Until Disney announces something, it is all guess work.
