The big irony now is that the new curtain I put up in our bedroom really blocks the sunshine in the morning. It's like sleeping in a cave!

When we go on vacation I never close the darkening curtain. I want to rise with the sun! But at home? I keep my room DARK.

Now that the cooler weather is here, I've really been in the mood to bake - specifically to bake an apple pie. DH went to the grocery store the other day so I asked him to pick up some apples. I just went to get started and found he bought 4 apples. 4!
