My DD & I are eating at Princess Storybook for dinner at 8:15pm one night during our upcoming trip.
My DH & 2 DSs are eating at Cape May Cafe' for dinner at 7:50pm.
My question is...Epcot closes at 9:00pm...will my husband & sons be able to get back into Epcot in order to meet us to leave the park?

Not if it's past 9 pm. It would be better for you to meet them at Yacht & Beach. Are you staying at a WDW resort that you could transfer to from there via a Theme Park?

It will be really a close call. They will have to make sure to book it back to get there by 9. Can they change their ADR time to a bit earlier?

OK...Changed ADRs to 7:00pm & 7:10pm...maybe that will work better!
Sounds like a much better plan. :)

Remember that, depending where you are in the park, it can take a little time to reach the International Gateway (that's the back entrance/exit in Epcot) and then another five minutes or so to Cape May. :)

You didn't have to change your times. Since you only want to meet to leave the park, there is no problem. After Illuminations concludes at 9:15pm they reopen the IG turnstiles until 10 pm. One can enter at no charge to walk to the front of the park for transportation purposes.
