New Space Mountain pre-boarding video?

I heard they filmed a new video in Space Mountain after park hours last night to replace the decades-old video that plays in the queue near where the stand-by and Fast Pass lines merge. Anyone else know anything about this?

Realistically speaking, it should've gone a long time ago. But it's just SO cheesy and 90's that I couldn't help but love it !!

Man, I just love that video, particularly when they go through the tunnel and are swaying from side-to-side, looking at each other. My sister and I often mimic the video for laughs when we are on the ride.

Ahh... I'm so glad to find that I'm not the only one who reenacts the video!

It's a wonderful piece of nostalgia, and is hilarious for all the wrong reasons. It will be missed, but this will definitely be a good change that should have taken place when they did the rehab.

Never knew of this preshow, and I've been through that line countless times. I guess if it's located on the left side, then it's easier to miss since I normally go on the right side.

I think they are referring to the video that plays just as the queues merge, as you leave the hall and enter the "main queue" area. It's the one with the cheesy 80s effects of space mountain with the Seaver (yeah, I know it's not really them) family from Growing Pains riding it.

I know where that area is, but never noticed a video. I tend to have tunnel vision in WDW, so I don't notice things like these sometimes!
