No line???? Wow.. you've been lucky. I've had trips where the FP's are gone and the line has extended out under the TTA overpass and further. At that point I say.. no thanks.

Yes Mario Lopez was in it. It was also painful to watch, with fake MTV music videos and a shrill news woman. Anyone who had to stand there and watch it on loop in the pre-fastpass age would never lament for it.
I try to arrange trips during the slower ( if you call them slower now ) seasons, this year I'm going in Sept. for example, it worked out for me & my wife. But there were years earlier when my son was in school and the only times we could go as a family were during peak school vacation times, and there were other times when I could only get coverage of my business during busy seasons. It would be ideal if life would be easy and cooperate, but you take it as it comes. Disney is great any time you can get it into your life busy season or not..
