May 11th at 9.30 am. Oor wee Merida gets crowned as an official Disney Princess. She will become the 11th Princess and congratulations from all of Scotland to the Bonnie wee lass.This means next Saturday ill have to celebrate with champagne and pixie dust.( any excuse ) So I raise my glass to the first Scottish Princess.Now it's time to come up with a nice tartan..

Mine too! As the Mom of daughters (and sons) I loved she saved herself. No Prince needed, her parents were the important people in her life and she made a mistake and cleaned it up herself...

I've got mixed feelings about this. I love that she's becoming a popular princess, but then again I'm not because I love how she doesn't want to be a princess and that she is independent. That's why I like her. I like her slightly tomboyish-ness.

I don't get why the merch is merely for small children and toddlers for the day though, kind of weak. Heck even the t shirt truck had t shirts for all with a t shirt truck on it. Otherwise neat though.
