when he created his account, he just picked a random password and told his computer to remember it.

Never trust a computer...just sayin'

Can't he click on the "Log in or sign up" tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen? Then click on "Forgot your password?" located just left of the password blank, and then type in the email that's associated with the Bob Saget account? He'd have to answer a question too, but it should be a common sense question.
