USCIS using music from Illuminations to welcome travels to the United States!

I would imagine that over the years, someone may have already posted this, but in case it hasn't been shared, when arriving at San Francisco International Airport this past weekend from a trip to Taiwan, a video was playing welcoming travelers to the United States. The music being used in the video is from Illuminations, so for me it was nice to hear Disney music welcome me back home! I did some searching and found that a YouTube user uploaded the video back in 2007, so this has been around for a while now. Anyhow, you can watch the video @

Yep. I travel overseas about 8 times a year. And every time, this welcomes me home. It's nice, too, because I'm usually tired and crabby after the long flight and long walk to customs and looking forward to the unpleasant wait in line. And then Illuminations plays and I smile a little.

Same here...ok, I don't travel overseas that much...about once a year, but yes, it is a nice thing from "home"

Same at LAX. I recall grinning from the unexpected sounds when I landed there.
By the way, TDR also uses the Illuminations music at the Port Discovery area of TDS. Blends in nicely!

Totally agree. Good choice of music for CBP to use. I first noticed the ROE music when I came back from London through Dallas/Ft. Worth in November 2009. And each time I've returned (as you say, usually tired and crabby after long flights) the score from ROE greets me and puts a smile on my face.

Except last time...I used Global Entry and was through passport control, customs, and re-check for my luggage at JFK within 5 minutes. So, in the end, I will miss hearing ROE on my return from international travel, but I will look forward to NOT standing in line for an hour with my passport...which gives me more time in life to plan the next trip where I can actually SEE Illuminations, not just hear the score on a series of TVs in an airport. :)
