We will be in WDW with friends for a week. One nite my parents are keeping the kids to let the 4 adults go out. where is a good place for 2 couples late 30s to go for some drinks and dancing. i used to love the 70s club on PI, but that is gone.

any ideas please. we are staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek, so i am looking for something in resonable cab ride distance.

JellyRolls at the Boardwalk. Dueling pianos, great music, fun atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Well for Dancing and some drinks you can go to Atlantic Dance Hall at Disneys Boardwalk resort. I love it there. They play all types of music. Its free to get in. Then next to it they have Jelly Rolls. Its a dueling painos type of place but there is a cover charge. It was $10 the last time I was there. Theres no dancing at Jelly Rolls. Then there is also Rix Lounce at Coronado Springs resort. Its considered a Lounge but it tends to pick up later in the night. There are a lot of conferences held there so they need something to keep them entertained at night. Or for some laid back fun and drinking they have Ranglen Road on Pleasure Island. Its a bar but tends to get crowded at night since its the only form of "late night" still available on the Island.

Raglan Road is a great place to hang and have drinks...but does not fit the part as far as dancing goes. But the entertainment is awesome!! Hope you all have a fun kids free night!!

I would head to the Boardwalk. You have Jellyrolls and the Atlantic Dance Hall which are both 21+. Jellyrolls is a dueling piano bar and you'll be able to get your dancing in at Atlantic Dance Hall. There are also some nice restaurants, ESPN Zone (if you're a sportsy crowd) and lots of other fun games and things. You could also head over to the Beach Club to go to Beaches and Cream for some great ice cream fun too. =)

Boardwalk is a good option as has been pointed out before.

You could also go to the World Showcase first and do some drinking around the world with out the kids before you head on over to the dancing at Boardwalk or DTD.

If you are just feeling like you need a relaxing day and you feel like Drinking and Dancing aren't going to happen I think EPCOT is the most adult of all the parks. Outside of hearing the Kim Possible ringtone all the time during the busy months just walking around the world is very peaceful and fun. With out the kids you will be able to enjoy all the tiny details and sip on a few adult beverages. It will also allow you to get in a few rides at Test Track, Mission Space, and Soarin with out the kids.

The Boardwalk is your best bet.

Jellyrolls is my favorite place to spend evenings on property, but there's no dancing there. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is great, the drinks are reasonable, and the entertainment is outstanding.

If you want to to dance, go next door to Atlantic Dance Hall. However, that place is pretty dead most nights. There's also lots of shops and other entertainment along the Boardwalk. And as someone else pointed out, you can go across the water to Y&BC for some good ice cream.

Since Downtown Disney has turned into a mall, I think your best bet is the Boardwalk. As mentioned by others, Jellyrolls is a hoot. There is also Big River Grille, ESPN, Swan, Dolphin, Yacht & Beach, etc. The walk around the lake is very nice too.

Drink and Eat around the world at EPCOT, then boardwalk.
Bahama Breeze on international drive is always fun.
Downtown Orlando has several nice bars/ultra lounges.

Yes, I know this is a Disney site..... but, City Walk and Universal is super fun.

I'd start off in world showcase in england, enjoy a libation at rose and crown, then make your way clockwise around world showcase sampling the food and beverages in each country. Then at the end you'll be in france and you can enjoy illuminations and then walk over to the boardwalk to continue your fun.

atlantic dance hall is hilarious. if you want to see the most awkward people with the most awkward dance moves def hit that place. i usually go once a trip just to take in the scene. its especially good when there is a convention in the dolphin and you have all these people away from their spouses trying to cut loose.
