Will they restore the Tike Room to its original glory?

I'm in an unusually hopeful mood tonight, so I'm going to go with YES. Not exactly the original, but I think we'll get the current Disneyland version and perhaps an updated outside waiting area.

Because of how far back the opening date has been pushed back and because the attraction is completely walled off, I'm guessing something big is in the works, most likely the return of Tropical Serenade.

But there is no way it'll be the exact replica. A lot of us know that TDO is infamous for not admitting there mistakes. I think it'll have it's own twist and that is what is backing it up the opening date. The return of Tropical Serenade would not take 5 months imo. Anyway does anyone think or have confirmation that stitch will be added to the show, so that they can then get rid of stitch and bring a good ride into tommorowland and kind of kill two birds with one stone here. I think TDO realizes now that 75,000 people are registered on here and it's growing. I think they are starting to look at this demographic more than in the past.

The Enchanted Tiki Room has always been a very boring attraction. The reason why it was hyped so much in the very beginning is because it was personally owned by Walt Disney via WED. The Tiki Room was an E-ticket attraction and made a boat load of money for Walt Disney. He pulled the same deal with the train and the monorail and it made him (and his family) very rich. The Enchanted Tiki Room show certainly has historic significance and it might be a good idea to have it for reference, but it’s too old to be used for contemporary entertainment. If the idea is to have an attraction with super low attendance at WDW, then recreate the old Enchanted Tiki Room because that will keep guests away in droves!

Well lets hope that doesn't happen either. I can take or leave the Tiki Room but the new show is plain garbage.

Thats also correct, I like it because its Disney History, but then I could also ride Its a Small World or take a walk down Main Street USA.

Pun intended?

75,000 is roughly how many people are at WDW... on a slow day. Unfortunately, the fanboy demographic just isn't that big, statistically.

Ya but the difference is were all repeat customers. Most of us go multiple times in one year, so yes your right, but I'm serious they are probably taking this demographic more serious than in the past that's all I was saying.

It won't be as low as the current version was... I'm pretty sure Disney would make sure it's not boring... but the original in my opinion is 10 times better than UNM!!
