A look at the completed Halloween decorations at the Magic Kingdom

Looks to be pretty much the same as years past. Does anyone know if there is anything new and different this year?

I believe the collecting of pumpkins behind the Roy/Minnie statue is new (and great, I love the "snowman" one), but the floral Mickey in front of the train station is not made up of pumpkins like previous years.

Brings back memories from this time last year! Looks great. Hard to believe that the Christmas decorations are only a month away!

Halloween is my favorite time of year for Magic Kingdom.

Actually it's my favorite time of year period...and October usually begins a great weather pattern in Central Florida where highs start in the 80s and slowly get lower over the next 4-5 months! :)

when do they take the decorations down?

usually after the 1st weekend in November. They usually still have Halloween Parties going on that first weekend, but that next week you'll see the Halloween decorations going down and the Christmas Decorations replacing them.

Thanks for sharing. :)

The brass statues at the hub, I never knew they could change those out. Do they change them out for other events holidays too?

They didn't swap out the normal brass statues, those are on small pedestals around the Hub. These Halloween statues are larger and are located in the planters.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. From the angle I thought they were in the spots of the small brass ones. Thanks!

Those jack-o-lanterns are so fun at night when they're lit up. They really put you in the Halloween mood!

I've been to WDW twice during the Halloween celebrations, and it's awesome. Great time to go - the weather is much more pleasant than in summer (aside from a few rain showers, which never seem to last very long) and the park is beautiful. I won't be going to WDW this October like I planned...I think I'm going to hold off until the FLE opens...but when I do go, October will likely be the month of the visit. Can't wait!!!

my last trip was 2 years ago last week during Halloween, made it to the first MNSSHP on the schdule and I found it to be more fun than christmas time at the MK
