Best Disney World Cd to get?

I am going to get a friend of mine to pick up a cd while in Disney World (I foolishly didnt when were there a few months ago) and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. My first instinct would be to go with the Spectromagic cd but at the same time I really want the Illuminations soundtrack yet it only has about 4 tracks on it...any suggestions?

If it was between those two I'd go for IllumiNations, but I'm a HUGE fan of the show, so I'm quite biased. I think, though, that if you're willing to put down a bit more cash (or a bit less, if you look on eBay), you can get a large compilation CD with BOTH shows, plus a boatload of others.

Yeah, Disneystore.com has where you can get a box set for around 60.00

Why don't you look for torrents of these albums online? You get what you want, and don't pay a cent.

Personally IllumiNations is a must have (and the first Park CD I got), though I love most of the park music. Your best bet may be like everyone else said and look for the CD "pack" on eBay or Amazon so you get all of it.

I'd go with the aforementioned boxed set, which includes Illuminations, Wishes, Spectromagic, Festival of the Lion King, Share A Dream Come True parade, Stars and Cars Motor Cars, and Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade.

My problem is that the only 2 I really want are Spectromagic and Illuminations. If anyone has a legit torrent site where I can find them that won't mame my pc with viruses let me know...I really wouldnt lose any sleep in not purchasing a 20.00 cd that has half an hour of songs on it if I could get them for free...I think the $3,500 that my wife and I put into the park last May more than makes up for it:ROFLOL:

I have both soundtracks, and really love both of them. Although my Wishes soundtrack is my favorite of the 3 evening shows. I think what it comes down to is which show music you like the most. It's the one that will get the most play and be worth it for you.

Of all my Disney CD's, my favorite is the Four Parks, One World double disk set. I don't think you can still buy it in the parks, but you can at various places online. If you get the chance someday, pick that one up. It's basically a soundtrack of the park attractions, and its awesome.

I have the same double disc set I got a few years ago - definitely a great collection of music from all four parks. I'd say that unless your friend really loves Illuminations or Spectromagic, this would be the best bet for them since theres so much music to love on here.

Well in the sense that he wouldn't get viruses, then there are such sites. However, doing so is piracy, and this is a public forum, so....:shrug:
