Do the resort gift shops have milk in the cooler? I know the QS places do, but they are so crowded in the morning that it might be easier to buy it in the gift shop.

I know in Oct 2008 while staying at Pop Century.
We bought milk at Everything Pop.
Think you could only get up to a half gallon.
Its been a few years and I have slept since then.

Is there is any way you can stop off at a store before you check-in at your resort? We always use a car service with a free 30 minute grocery stop for things like milk, orange juice, pop, etc. The resorts have a storage for these items if your room isn't ready.

Just what I needed to know. What's the pricing like?

If you buy bigger ones its more affordable than buying them from the food court. But the single serve sizes are the same prices as at the parks if I remember correctly.

A good rule of thumb is that prices for food stuffs from the resort stores is at best the same as convenience stores. Items such as bagels or bread (at the stores that sell it) that have the price pre printed sell for that price.

My wife needs to drink milk everyday, so we bought the half gallons last week. I don't recall it being outrageous, as some things are. Maybe 3 dollars. A half gallon back home can go for over 2 bucks easy.

Also, the Hess stations have milk, among other things. I think it was 2.59 for a half gal???

I know that adult beverages are very expensive. We bought a 6-pack of bottled beer and it was $36.00. My dad still bought it.:ROFLOL:

Cause I believe they charge the same price as if you bought it at the bar, but they just sell you the sixer. They don't want you to buy a six pack and they lose money vs if you bought them from the bar.

When we stayed at GF this past year and the Yacht Club the year before - they had milk along with other drinks like juice, soda, and drinkipoos.
