Music that reminds you of Disney

For me, I listen to allot of music from Epcot. It is my favorite park of all the parks. That said, for some reason, some of the music I listen to reminds me of being in the park even though the music was never played in the park. For example. I had "Spa" on this morning in my Executive Briefing Center and a song titled "Shadows of White" by Liquid Mind came on. It so sounded like I was standing in Future world underneath SSE.

Is there music that you have heard that reminds you of the parks even though it was never played in the parks.

All I Wanna Do is have some Fun- Cheryl Crow.

Call it corny, but this song starts off every WDW vacation. Heard it over the radio in 1993 on the way up, coincidentally again in 94 and 95, and since then, brought it with us. :D

Me, when I am home, I just go to "Live 365" and choose from the many stations and you will hear music from all the parks, movies and sometimes from the broadway shows! I am listeng to Kingdom Trips Radio and "Tuppence a Bag" is playing!

Wall-e's favorite

Put on Your Sunday Clothes from the musical Hello Dolly. It was the first piece of background music I ever heard when walking up Main Street. The film clip from the movie version was the clip that Wall-E liked to sing and dance to.

Thanks for this post, I've been listening to "MouseWorld Radio" for a good hour and a half now, lol! This is exactly the type of thing I've been looking for!

Wow, i'm gonna be completely off the wall here, but a lot of power/symphonic metal reminds me of disney. like Nightwish have various songs about disney such as their songs "beauty and the best" and "fantasmic" which is like a 12 minute song.
Edenbridge also remind me of it, idk why really, i think cause all their songs somehow reach a happy point or never really rely on a minor key, and the whole major key tone mixed with different instruments sorta like Epcot does in their music is really reminesent of disney.

but as a whole symphonic power metal is usually really uplifting both musically and lyrically, and that's the connection it has with Disney. Definitely worth checking out if you never have before. some notable bands that go along with the disney-esque theme are stratovarius, amberian dawn, magica, visions of atlantis (earlier work), sonata arctica, rhapsody of fire, and there are a lot more. usually the ones with female singers are more disney-ish.

wow, i think i wrote too much, sorry, but i saw music so i had to go on.

For me personally, I would have to say most Hans Zimmer songs. After the pirates movies, whenever I hear a tune he has composed, I think of Disney.

When my husband starts up Microsoft Flight Simulator X on his desktop with the super-surround sound the music sounds just like something you'd hear at Epcot. I love it. Gives me goosebumps whenever I hear it.

the song "true colors" always reminds me and my mom of disney world. i think they played the song in a kodak pre-show video before hista. at least i think that was where we heard it in wdw. anyway, the other night we were watching glee and they sang "true colors" and my mom and i both said it reminded us of wdw. funny how you hear a song once in wdw and it forever reminds you of disney.
