In Order to Obtain Multiple FastPasses, Is this Possible?

We have a family reunion, or Grand Gathering, planned for the near future. There will be about 18 of us and we'll all be staying at the Beach Club Resort.

We're going to try and take it easy for the benefit of everyone, so we won't be planning on being at any rope drops.

My question is this: If we decide to have a leisurely morning at the resort, can just one (or more, but not all) of us get into Epcot, carrying everyone's passes, and obtain multiple FastPasses for Soarin'? Or are Fastpasses only distributed to passes that had been actually used to enter the park?

Later in the day we may then all go to the park and enjoy the attraction together with the FastPasses that had been obtained earlier.

Thanks for any and all information.

The only way to do what you want would be if everyone in the party gets out of bed and takes a morning stroll to Epcot's International Gateway entrance (about a quarter-mile from the back of Beach Club) and uses their ticket to enter the park. At THAT point, they can leave their KTTW cards with you so you can use them to get FASTPASSes.

Even doing so, keep in mind that you won't be able to get FASTPASSes for more than one ride, anyway, unless you're going to be hanging around a while ... you can't get another FASTPASS until the first one matures OR 2 hours has passed, whichever comes first. If you get a FASTPASS for one of the top attractions (such as Soarin'), you might have to wait 90 minutes or 2 hours to get another FASTPASS for another ride. If you are willing to wait around that long, it could work.

But then again, there would be the problem of getting back into the rooms for all the people who left their key cards with you!

You could always try to convince the group to get up early, and then go back to take an afternoon nap (when the parks will be hotter and the attractions more crowded). That'd be more efficient, but you may have a hard time convincing everyone!

Even if this could work, what if your return time is only 60 minutes away from the time you get the fastpasses? Would the entire group be able to get ready and get back to the attraction in that amount of time?

As far as hotter goes, it depends upon the weather. Right now it's only about 60 in the shade (I'm 3 hrs north of WDW, and it's usually 10 degrees warmer there, so 70 at WDW) so a lot of people would think that the temperature is just getting comfortable. ;)

Of course, it was 90 there (and here) a few days ago.

In almost all cases, expired same-day FASTPASSes are accepted. It would be exceptionally rare for guests to be refused admission to the FASTPASS return line due to expired same-day FASTPASSes.

I'm not arguing about whether Disney should allow it ... I'm just explaining that this is the way they actually run things.

it would probably just be easier to go early and get in line. didn't notice when your trip was but the lines haven't been to bad.

If you can all make it to Epcot by 10 or 11, you can still probably get FastPasses for Soarin.
