Without more info, this all looks like wishful thinking.

"The new secretary of state did a great job untangling that mess in the Balkans. This is clearly GREAT news for the Arab-Israeli peace process."

It would certainly seem likely that Lasseter's philosophy would eventually find its way into WDW. That line of thinking doesn't really qualify as news or a rumor, though.

I think of JL being an agent of change for DL, not WDW. He is closer to DL and has frequented that park, a whole lot more than our neck of the woods. But here's to hoping.

I think DCA needed the most help and now their focus is going to go to other areas that need improvement. Hopefully the MK expansion is as good as we hope.

You think he will have that much influence on WDW? It seems like he is going to put 2D animation back into the game. I'm not saying your wrong about him being an agent of change, I just don't know (or understand) how he will change WDW. Am I missing something?

There is also a lot of talk about Imagineering projects. That tech WILL find it's way to WDW in some form. Also, the WDI video shows new concepts. Did anyone besides Sirgoofy actually read the article? :brick:

Man, D23 can't get here fast enough.

Me, I read it!

the article had nothing to do with anything wdw... so?
The title said it did......

HOWEVER after what he has said,I do beleive it tells the future of WDW.

Add to that, Lasseter's main concerns are animation and Disneyland. This has nothing to do with WDW.

Just like the trackless tech from Tokyo made it's way to WDW.... oh, wait.

Tech only comes to WDW if WDW pays for it. When they start paying, I'll believe.
