I hope they plus and tie in the Imagination Institute theme with Dreamfinder. However, as long as Figgy and Dreamfinder are together, I will be happy.

I think... :lookaroun

Same ride with 21st Century Plussing and effects.

For EPCOT's ONLY timeless ride and a classic, they dated it pretty quick.:(

Yea I always thought a fresh coat of paint would have been better then what they did!

But yea maybe mire advanced AA's and 21 tech but I always thought they could have added a little if Horizons to the ride, mainly the choose your ending. Imagine your own ending to the ride!

I would not mind it, either. The Dreamport idea could be expanded on, though....;)

Hmmm...Combine JII and Horizons.

Imagine 21st Century Lifestyles....

Horizons in Imagination....

Hiding Figment for years was a bummer, especially since he was my favorite as a little one. I definetely would have like to have seen him put into different concepts, not brushed under the rug.

I also agree that Dreamfinder & Figment should be kept together and put into a newer ride format. It will never be a huge attraction, but a fun diversion that people in the mid 20s and older will love as an old school Disney creation.

The newest incarnation is a pluss but still pales to the original EPCOT ride. Hopefully this upcoming re-imagining of the ride will really work.

I loved the original incarnation, however many of the effects had become very stale. I really wish they had realized the genius of the original attraction and left the same basic layout, etc... but just upped the effects to truly make it imaginative once again.

I might be biased or perhaps I don't like the current version of SSE but I think JII should have been done first, it is in much worse shape than SSE was!

You aren't paying a ton of cash to have your name slapped on it either. SSE got a redo b/c Siemens wanted it.

Figment is still hugely popular...He's the mascot of EPCOT after all. Good merch seller too.

They already got rid of Figgy once...I don't think they would be stupid enough to do it again.

Yes in your world and mine Figment is popular but ask most people leaving EPCOT on any day who figment is and most dont have a clue.He was a true mascot of EPCOT in the 80 but not so much now.Disney cant make up its mind what they want to do with him.Yes they have brought back some old t shirts and toys, but not to the point of being a true mascot any more.
