Goodbye to space mountain:A tribute thread

You could make a poem
put a video that has to do with space mountain
Or your opinion about the ride
You could also put your favorite photo of space mountain

I wrote a poem in another thread! Here it is

My dear space mountain is white
when I see it I smile and my teeth are bright
It's not as pretty as disneyland's at night
the cars in the mountain are tight
I wish I could ride it tonight
When I rode it it was soo bumpy, I lost my overbite!
Goodbye space mountain! Your last run before refurb is tonight!

I did not take the photo but it's my favorite...it's hard to find pleasant photos of DW's space mountain

Space Mountain: Shadow of Hope

The mountainous peaks,
Oh, they scared me so.
For years on end,
I refused to go.

Yet at a mere twelve,
I rode to see,
What Space Mountain could do to me.

The rush,
The thrill,
The jolting pains;

The screams,
The stars,
The dated trains.

To thine other Worldly cousins,
No ride could compare,
Yet the crumbling trackwork pushed Disney to dare...

To relaunch this monster,
This villainous flight,
Soon to return to instill terror and fright.

With the best of intentions, the ride closes 'day,
We wish Disney well, and in a smooth refurb we pray.

My parents want me to pursue a publishing deal for some of my work, but I don't know if I will actually go ahead with it. I've got more to write if I want to fill a short collection.

Here is a sample of some of my earliest work (actually Disney related); though My Final Answer was written and given to me to host by Victoria Rose.
