All sadness aside....just wanted to say as a Phillies fan, I'm looking forward to another great year of rivalry with your Mets!

Wow...I know it ended up with the Sox sweeping the Yanks, but what a freakin' awesome series!
And, this is the first time I've ever seen this happen. (I know it has...but first time I've seen it happen as I was watching a game.)

What an incredible game! I wish I had been there, but I'll have to settle for watching the replay. For those that haven't heard a news or sports update today, Mark Buehrle of the Chicago White Sox pitched the 18th perfect game in MLB history. Buehrle has been one of the most underrated players in the last 10 years, and maybe he will finally get his due. If you haven't seen the perfect game/no hit/shut out saving catch by Dewayne Wise in the top of the 9th, go to whitesox.com to view it. Even the First Fan (our Pres.) called Buehrle to congratulate him. Wahoo!!
