I remember when I was there in 1981, we had a picture taken of us where we dressed up in old cloths and we were standing on what looked like the back of an old Pulman train coach with a sign that said, Walt Disney World with I think WRR in the center. Does anyone know what happened to that? Does anyone know where those pictures were taken. I remember it being on Main Street somewhere.

I have this picture of myself on the train too!!! I went in 1988 I was only 4 so I really don't remember.

I also got one of us dressed as pirates and we sat with a pirate (not a real one) on a treasure chest, with all of these jewels and coins on the floor and I remember holding a string of pearls and my father had a gun or a sword or something.

I forget where they were - I would like to know too!!! I think the pirate picture was near PotC and the other one I am thinking Exposition Hall would be the most appropriate guess???

My wife has a photo like that (old clothes, waving from train caboose) of her sister and she from around 1982-83. That little studio was on Main Street USA, but sadly, is no more.

Keep that photo - its a collector's item!

I don't remember the pirates studio, but could swear there used to be a studio in Frontierland, too, with Wild West photos. I thought it was in the space just down from Country Bear Jamboree, before the general store. Anyone else remember Wild West photos, or am I confusing Magic Kingdom with the several other parks that did such photos back then?
