I had General Tso's chicken and a salad (that I made myself with romaine lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, bacon bits, hard boiled egg, and some kind of white cheese... with bleu cheese dressing) at Marketplace. With a blue Powerade to drink.

MMM so good.

Having a bit of a traditional meal tonight, or boerekos (which basicly means farm style country cooking) as we call it back in Suid-Afrika. My family from Cape Town is in so its a big braai. So we are having braaivleis, bobotie and bredie. Then koeksisters for dessert!

I had the BLT at Applebee's last night, but without the Bacon since I am a Vegetarian, so I guess I had an LT. But Applebee's version, has melted cheese, so I had a CLT ( and I am not referring to the Charlotte Airport)

Tonight was Subway, and then Animal Crackers. Interesting that the platinum "gift" in my Fairfield inn was Animal Crackers... must have been a sale?:)

Heading for the great escape.
Home made steak and ale pie, with chips (British terminology) peas and baton carrots.

Had a meal out last night, muscles in a cream and white wine sauce, followed by Kashmiri lamb curry, peshwari nann and wild rice. Washed down with a couple of pints of Greene King IPA. Smashing.
