Its under 100 days until my trip now and i was just wondering what your recommendations are as to where to eat for a really good steak. Thanks.

For us its Le Cellier and then Yachtsman. You will need ADR's for both (well all TS restaurants really). Le Cellier is very hard to get into, but give it a try. Call everyday if you have to, even while you are there...yep its that good. :slurp:

My favorite steak is consistently at The Brown Derby. Best hunks of meat around. Cooked exactly right with a very good taste.

Another real good steak (but NOT destination dining--I'd only eat here if staying at Caribbean Beach) can be bought at Shutters.

I can tell you where not to get one, Raglan Road. It didn't seem any better than something I could've purchased at Publix and cooked up at home. Everything else I had there was delicious though, so I wasn't too disappointed.

Le Cellier - though with only 100 days left you might not get a table.

My father was very impressed with the beef at Chefs de France. He said it was one of the best (whatever cut of meat he had... I can't remember) he's had in a long time -- and he knows his steaks! But then two days later we had Le Cellier's filet... ;)

The Guinness!!

I've eaten there a few times, and although it was good, nothing I had was great. I think it's more the style of food there for me than the food itself.

However, the entertainment and the ambience is really hard to beat. It's a must-go-to for me every time.

This is what I expect since I do not really recognize anything on the menu. All of the reviews I read are very positive though and we feel we really need to go there. I do love Guiness though!

Hate to go off topic here, but since you asked. :animwink:
1. Dalkey Duo (its just fried sausages, but its pretty darn tasty) to go along with the delicious soda bread and Guinness dipping oil
2. Paddy's Pork (best slice of pork tenderloin I've tasted)
3. Bread and Butter Pudding (hope you've got a big appetite)

I've been to Le Cellier three times. The first two times it was amazing & the third time it was bad and we haven't been there since. It may just have been a bad day who knows..
Shula's in the Swan is amazing!! It's not part of the dining meal plan and is a little expensive but well worth it!!

The filet at the California Grill was the best I have had at WDW. It comes in covered in a barbeque sauce which is very tasty but I imagine you can get the sauce on the side if you prefer. I highly recommend this steak!

I have ADRs at Le Cellier, Brown Derby, Tonys Town Square, California Grill(Valentines Day) and Raglan Road. For some reason I am looking forward to Raglan Road the most. I don`t know why.
