Are we talking about a Kodak picture DVD or something here? Or are you planning on doing it yourself? What resolution is your camera?

I have a digital camera now, but when i had my 35mm film I would always get a print copy and a cd copy. You might have that option now.
Not sure how many photo's you can fit on a dvd, since it hold 4+ gigs of data and if each pic is 1 meg, for example.....thats a lot of pics!

photo pass, what is that.

When we went before we took our film to the photo place in our disney hotel and they developed them there and we collected them the next day, we have read that they now add your photos to a DVD/CD

PhotoPass is when you get your picture taken by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer. It costs nothing unless you want prints or a CD. The first time you get your photo taken, they will give you a card. Use that card each time you see a PhotoPass Photographer and they scan you card so all the pictures are together. You can have multiple cards as well, but just need to register them under the same account. You can get prints or cd at several photo centers at the end of your trip (or anytime during it) or you can wait until you get home and go to www.disneyphotopass.com.

If you want prints off your own camera, I think you can do this at the EPCOT photo center, but we usually wait until we get home to save some money.

this is what i meant, how many pics fit on a CD
Each of the camera centers in the four Theme Parks have been equipped with CD burners to upload memory cards to. In addition, this technology will be deployed in the Disney Resort properties over the next few months. As of 25 April 2005, these locations offer CD burning of digital camera memory card:

Magic Kingdom - Exposition Hall - Main Street USA

Epcot Camera Center - Main Entrance Plaza

Disney-MGM Studios The Darkroom - Hollywood Boulevard

Animal Kingdom Garden Gate Gifts - Entrance Plaza

The current cost is $12.99 per CD plus tax.

A CD will hold 700MB of data. It depends on the camera you're using and what settings you have how many pictures will fit.

For example, I have a 3.1 megapixel camera set to "best quality" image. Pictures from my camera vary in size anywhere from ~500KB to ~900KB. If I assume that ever picture is the larger size, I could store ~778 pictures on one CD. More realistically, probably about 1000.

PhotoPass even offers an option where you can input your PhotoPass photos & your own uploaded photos into a Disney DVD that you can order.
We are thinking about doing that next year.
You can also input your photos into a Disney scrapbook that is professionally printed.
Both look great on the web site.

if you make a dvd you have photo of about 2500 pictures on them. i make them all the time. it is about two and half hour to watch all the pictures. you can get software to make them and add music to them. it is nice to watch and add your favor disney music.
