Beaches & Cream details

Is Beaches & Cream at the BC resort considered at TS or a CS.
I know that they serve hamburgers, etc. & ice cream.
If we are going there for lunch & plan to get a burger & fries & then a kitchen sink sundae (to share - of course), what would that be considered?
