Hi Amy.
You are the person who misplaced the iced tea jug, no?
I mistakenly thought it was Jenny.
So. . .did you find out what happened to it?

First...MAJOR HUGS!!!! I missed you SOOOO much! I read wee bits and pieces about your trip, sounds like you had fun but I'm glad your back!

About that stupid tea jug....DH found it the next day in the ONE cabinet that I failed to look in. I even looked in the oven, for pete's sake!:hammer: :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

I missed you too!
Funny about the jug!
But I can imagine how freaky it must have been when you couldn't find it.

I didn't tell you all. . .
The flight home yesterday was kind of interesting.
The guy sitting next to me passed out cold. . .before we even took off!

Yikes!
we were on a flight home once where the older gentleman across the aisle from us thought he could just grab an oxygen mask whenever - he had some severe medical problems that required oxygen, and apparently he thought the airline could handle that. The flight attendants stayed with him the whole flight, and we thought we'd be making an emergency landing at any time - I swear the plane was never more than 100 feet or so off the ground all the way to Baltimore....

Wow!
This guy was a well-dressed businessman, the same age as me. He was sitting there going over some paper work while we were still at the jetway. As we started to taxi to the runway he picked up the air sickness bag. By the time we reached the runway he was out cold. George switched seats with me and the flight attendant found both a doctor and nurse on board. They finally brought him around but he was incoherent for some time. Then he started to sweat like I've never seen before. George was mopping the sweat off this head. He said that he had no pre-existing medical conditions and didn't know what happened, but after a few minutes, he felt like he could continue on the flight. The doctor checked him out again and okayed it. About midway through the flight he started to get sick again. . .shaking, nausea and profound sweating. We called the doctor back over and he told him that he didn't think it was his heart and he just tried to make him comfortable for the rest of the flight. Poor guy. What a miserable 2 hours for him. Was kinda freaky for George and I too. But the flight attendants were great! And the doctor looked and acted like George O'Malley so that was kinda neat. What an experience!

It really was - I felt so bad for the poor old guy - he was clearly confused, and never should have been on the plane in the first place.

Some of the people you see on planes. . .
You wonder how they ever got there.
Who put them there on their own????
