Sleepy. Exhausted. I drove on the way down - and it took us 5 1/2 hours. Jay drove on the way back and it took us 8.
Of course, I drove at 5 am so there was no traffic and he had to deal with smoke the whole way home... but still. LOL
I used to fly AirTran all the time when I was on CP...way back when they were still a new airline. I loved them! I don't know if they still do I haven't flown them since, but they used to play inflight games. They would do pillow races: each side would pass a pillow over the seats to the back and then back up to the front. They also did something where the person w/ the most key on their keyring got a free mini-bottle....my Dad actually won that one. :lookaroun

It wasn't bad enough to shut down the highways but it was thick which made driving slow and everyone on edge.
She did ok.
I called our friends about mid way through the trip to check on her. She said she felt bad because Layla seemed to lonely..she would come running as soon as they would come in the door and cried and meowed the whole time they were here. She was so excited to see us when we got back.
The night we got back our friends decided to have barbecue so we went over there. She gave me the saddest look when we walked out the door...but was very exctied when we came back a couple hours later.
The only bad thing was that it was around 80 degrees here for a couple of days while we were gone. Our friend was afraid to open any windows just incase Layla could find a way out. It was pretty hot in here when we got back, but I guess she handled it just fine.

She yelled MINNIE at every picture, tv show, sticker, stuffed animal, movie, ride, you name it - if it had mickey or minnie on/in it... she was excited. :lol: Oooh! Oooh! What is it?
