Yes that's pretty much it... as far as tunnels go.

But then you have all the breakrooms, offices, cafeteria, and all the other things down there that are all connected by the tunnels.

THAT is what i'm curious about ...how big are the areas that are not a hallway and how do they relate to onstage?

Also...I can't believe that there are no pictures of construction of this imagineering accomplishment!

I'm not entralled about the idea of a tour, as I realize it's no different than any other business's behind the scenes/employee area; just the idea of how they went about it.

There are pictures... just every time you see all the earth works done to the MK before the buildings went up!

They built it, and buried it. Not much stunning to see when you build concrete boxes and bury them :)

I've seen many pictures of the utilidors being constructed but I can't remember where they were. I think they were in a 20 year celebration book about WDW - unfortunately I can't find that right now.

The tunnels being constructed can be easily mistaken for concrete foundation work - this may be one of the reasons many people don't think they have seen pictures of the utilidors being built.

There are pictures all over the place of the utilidors after they were built. However there just aren't many of while they were being built - those are the ones they are looking for.

Where are all these pictures at? I've googled and photobucket-ed for pics and can't come up with much at all....

yeah, those would be hard to find.. but it does answer one of the questions, he was really wanting to know where the offices, and other rooms were not just the "hallways" though.. but as for construction pictures go, i would have no idea where to even start!

Many Disney sites have them, such as disneypix as well as some blogs. They are all basically the hallways after they were built. I was looking these up a while ago and came across several sites with numerous pictures.
