I suppose it makes sense, but it seems a little too controlling for me. What happens if you simply can't afford all those repairs after signing your life away?

I honestly don't know. I do know that there is a little money that you can get if you plan on living in the house for 5 years. But I don't know the specifics on it.
It definitely is controlling though. One of the reasons why I'm considering maybe running for city council in the future. When I go to council meetings ever other week and see them make stupid decision after stupid decision like this one, it makes me think...hey...I can make stupid decsions. :lol: Plus, I mean, no one really questions things on council. Maybe it's time for some fresh blood. But I'm getting WAY ahead of myself here now! :lol:

Morning folks....
Well, the Christmas icicle lights (they're twinkly ones!!) have been up for about a week now, and now a VERY small amount of decorations are up. :sohappy: Lots more to go up over the weekend.
The Homecoming Football Game is today -- got rescheduled from Thanksgiving.
