Oh...they also told me I needed to clean the tub because of the mold in the tub. I mean, once again, something I was going to do because who would want to take a bath in filth...but still...why should they tell me I need to do it?
(Oh and luckily there's hardwood under the carpets, so I really plan on refinishing those and just letting those hardwoods shine through...so it won't be that expensive...but still...)
What are they - your parents? :lol: Good grief...don't you think there are people in the world that consider it their God-given right to tell you how you should live? Too many nosy people....uh oh I'm ranting now

Does her doctor have kids?My doctor wanted her completely off the bottle by 12 mos.She was off it at 11 months and then started waking up at night once or twice so I let her have it again. Now she's sleeping 12-14 hours again, and only wakes up usually once or twice a week. So... I've been kind of slack about that. But i figure with everything that's been going on, plus our move in a couple of weeks... it's a good security for her. *shrugs* lol oh well.

Yes 4 months later...but I've gotta get occpancy first...so I need to fix anything that is a fire hazard, safety issue, or health issue in order to get that, which I think is the majority of what's on my list
...luckily anything they didn't see before (can't assume there wasn't much she didn't see...but anyway) doesn't count...and I believe that anything that wasn't written on the inspection doesn't count. For example, she only told me that I needed to cut down the part of the dead tree in the backyard...but it's no where on the official paperwork...so I guess that's my discression if I do that or not now!
