Yes, Breyer's makes it, but "my" brand (at least my favourite brand) is made in Canada, I'm quite sure. The brand name is "President's Choice".

Knowing how much you like ice cream, I can't believe it either!! They're very good, but very $$$ too. We discovered them in Arizona, but now we have one here - about 5 or 10 minutes away.
