Ambiguity is your friend.
"Mickey should be back in a few minutes."
"The ride might be up and running by the end of the day."
"Mouse Gear should have the shirt you are looking for."
*nods nods* I've been very careful with my wording. Yesterday I got yelled at by a guest for telling her that the way to the wine tasting was on the other side of character connections. I never told anyone that yesterday, I had no conversation about wine tastings anytime yesterday. What I did remember yesterday was saying "IF YOU WANT TO GO SEE THE CHARACTERS, IT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE!!" And I did happen to see a elderly lady with her husband walk into when I was yelling that so
she's the one that heard wrong.
Hello, I work at epcot and I work at the food and wine festival, why wouldn't I know where the wine tastings are, especially since I go to every single one of them on my days off!! XD

Believe it or not, I can still stand after the heaps of them.
I just spoke to my pangani trail roomate about this complaint and she also told me that there's a difference from talking in front of the valley or glass with a headset and screaming from the top of your lungs "HEY GORILLA!!!"
They do it to give out information about the gorillas not to just be there talking and talking.
She also said that there are some elderly guest that do give out the wrong info, but that's because well they've been working there a long time and she admits, they're just senile. She works there so she knows her cast members. Over at innoventions, this is really true.....we have a few weird cast members. If these cast members were young, then she doesn't know why they did that.
Also, unless your trained for the area, no one from another location from the park gets moved there.
Anyhow....
