Thanksgiving is to Christmas what the pro bowl is to the Super Bowl. A warm up for the fans.

Luckily for turkeys I don’t eat meat. Maybe that’s why one was in our yard one thanksgiving!

In addition to smoking the meat as usual on Thanksgiving they're also going to smoke marinated maple spice tofu and maybe a couple of Beyond burgers, both stuffings gluten free one vegan, stuffed acorn squash vegan and gf, don't go near the baked beans way too much real bacon, baked ziti vegan gf, I'll probably just make the potato salad with bacon and regular mayo because the mashed potatoes are vegan, salad and pickles vegan gf, roast veggies vegan gf, corn bread vegetarian gf/dairy free, brussels sprouts with and without bacon, still haven't decided what to do with the rutabagas probably just dice and toss with the roast veggies, homemade cranberry sauce regular and sugar free, apple and pumpkin pies with vegan whipped cream and regular sugar free. We start gathering around noon, eat around 2. Food pics will be posted Friday or Saturday once the house is back in order

Yes it can be subbed for the cream in a cream puff. That said biscuits, toast on ice cream, the boys said it could be put on a bumper
