It's not that far fetched to have a show themed to animals coexisting under a tree that shows animals coexisting. Because clearly, this tree doesn't belong in the park because it defies nature
They're carvings all using the same piece of wood. They're not supposed to be all the animals actually hanging around each other and being okay with it. Edit: not literally a single carved piece of wood but that is what it's supposed to look like.
By this logic, the tree also portrays multiple aquatic species living well outside of water. There's also dinosaurs on it, so I guess Disney is saying dinosaurs are alive and well and exist among modern animals.
OR... it's simply an art piece and not meant to literally be animals sitting next to each other and is not meant to be a statement that T-rexes should get along with macaws.
Unlike Zootopia, which is literally about predator and prey being friends.
