So we had a pretty good night but my mom was in a pretty bad mood all night because traffic was bad and we didn’t get to the park gates until exactly seven. And then at one point I maybe sorta accidentally threw away my mom’s phone. I guess it was on a tray of food and I didn’t see it. Luckily I memorized the trash can(it was right by the condiments station at Pinocchio village haus.) luckily we got there before it was emptied and a lovely cast member dug through the can for it. They found it(we definitely made a cast member compliment) but i don’t think I’m living that one down anytime soon.

Yikes....that stuff happens though! I don't put my phone on a tray for exactly that reason. When E and I were in Disney on our last trip, we had to do trash can table dining because there were no open tables. This woman came up and was about to dump her tray when E warned her that her phone was still on the tray. She felt really stupid, but I wonder how often that happens. Those tables aren't exactly huge, so there aren't a lot of places to set a phone down. Kudos to that CM who dug through garbage to get your mom's phone back!! Not a good idea to put your phone on the tray....and now you've all learned that valuable lesson!

It’s my Littlest brothers 7th birthday today! Let’s call him agent G. First he has a quick soccer practice and then we’re picking up the cake (cookies and cream with vanilla and chocolate filling ) then we’re going to volcano bay and then we’re going to hit up universal studios and islands of adventure before universal studios closes for horror nights.

Clarification: it was never the plan to go to volcano bay.

Megan, Daniel, Emmy and Audrey are back safely in Seattle from their Alaskan cruise, but there was a bit of weather craziness on their way back, that they kept in touch with us about…

Pretty wild, but they said they were never really scared, and actually were still doing shipboard activities through a lot of it.

Also, somebody lost a tooth during the trip, and Emmy and Audrey had such an awesome time…!!!!!!! :joyfull::inlove::happy:

Yea, our weather is like this every year. I just wear t-shirts, shorts and flip flops most of the year, especially now that I’m retired.
It was a little cool yesterday mornin’ when I let the dogs out, and they wanted to linger out there for a bit, but, other than that, we’re still pretty perfectly warm around here, sans yesterdays cold front…!!!!! :hilarious:;)
