get the complaints going to guest relations if true, I hope the writer of that article complained to management if they could find any. Disney just thinks they can pull one over on the rubes to save a buck and they wont notice, this is the kind of thing they need to be called out on. Premade in a plastic cup,,,starting to notice the same type of downgrades at Beaches and Cream as well. Pretty soon none of these locations are going to have anything real made on site anymore.

Beaches and Cream is a must eat at for my wife and I. Curious, what downgrades have you noticed there?

Hasn't been really our cup of tea for restaurants to be honest. I usually just have a hot fudge sundae by the pool at Beaches and Cream next to Yacht/Beach for a real treat!

This is something that angers me. It doesn’t take long to prepare a milkshake and if they come out badly what’s the point in ordering one. Even my local ice cream stand can bang one out in a minute. I always looked forward to having one of their milkshakes but now they will miss out on my money.
