Soarin' also get a 50% boost from taking over BoH area.
Cosmic Rewind replaced a fatiguing ride and added a huge amount of new space for guest attractions with the BBB. It became more than what just the Energy Pavilion by itself could be.
The Starcruiser was an expansion... an ill fated one.
Tropical Americas is taking over a chunk of BoH for guest attractions and creating a ride bigger and better than Whirl could ever be.
Then there is all of Pandora taking over a rushed camp attraction.
There is the new viewing stands in DAK around the lake, which WDW should rightly be embarrassed for not using.
Then there is the Sunset Theater flex space, soon to be a Villains show.
Monsters Inc Coaster is on an expansion.
And yes, there are guest areas not being used, and WDW should be embarrassed about that: SGE & WoL, e.g.
