Source for what? That they are moving the UK Premiere to Spain, that is known and discussed several pages ago with articles posted.

As for the speculation regarding safety as being a reason (note I said a reason never said it was the only reason), that is something that is obvious considering the topics both lead actresses find themselves tied to and the potential violence that follows it.

Is there any source for this speculation? Or are you the source?
I’m not going to get into the specifics as it gets into topics we’re not to talk about on this site, but there is plenty evidence to indicate the speculation being founded. All one has to do and look surrounding incidents in recent years regarding a topic both actresses are involved in, especially incidents involving movies one was screening.

So it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to read between the lines of Disney wanting to “prevent more backlash” as also including safety as one of the reasons.

…so chalk another one up to the rage network, huh?

I’m glad you at least concede this is speculative on your part. None of the articles I’ve read have said the safety of the actors was a factor; rather, the pared back media events have been to mitigate the self-destructive PR tendencies of the leads (though, notably, they had no problem putting Gadot on GMA while Zegler is doing meet and greets with small groups of fans in Tokyo).

I tried searching the internet to see if I could find any mention of safety being a concern, and I couldn’t.

What I did find was that Disney was simply scaling back the amount of press allowed to be there and engage with the titular stars. So unless you think a news outlet was going to cause some sort of danger, I’m not sure where you are going with this line of thinking.

None of the articles actually outright identify Disney's reason for changing either premiere (UK or US Hollywood), just they were doing it to prevent additional backlash. Any article I've seen from any media outlet puts their own speculation on the matter, but none that are confirmed by Disney themselves. So speculation is all around this whole ordeal.

Also I've already said PR was a factor -

Plus its also to limit the exposure to press as to minimize any questions that Disney doesn't want asked.

You're looking for a press release or something or some media report of such, that is not happening. I've already provided clues on what I'm talking about without directly saying it.

Just as a check, I Googled (if we can believe Google) "biggest movie bomb in disney history"

Google returned, as expected John Carter, losing 284M in 2012.

Today Google tell me the production budget for Snow is only 209M using the access media formula of 2.5 * 209 = 522M is break even.

I have my doubts this will break even, when even using theses numbers.

I have a feeling they spent more than 209M to make this movie.

It was $209 after credits by the end of 2023, but before a bunch of reshoots and VFX to rework the film.

Well since the reshoots and the VFX were done in London, we'll have an actual accounting of those through UK tax records.

So if they did cost a lot we'll know about it. However I think people way overestimate the cost of reshoots and VFX, ie they don't add hundreds of Millions as some have claimed with other films.
