If true, it’s as misleading as when they say a right leaning “news”/entertainment station has higher ratings. That’s because the entire rest of the audience is split between several options.
If Gutfeld is making fun of Rachel Zegler and the upcoming Snow White movie, that's not good news for audience demographics.
To be accurate, Gutfeld has more Democrats watching him than watch left-identified shows like Disney-ABC's Kimmel.

Fox’s Gutfeld Outpacing Late Night Competition with Independents AND Democrats, Nielsen Data Shows
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld has more Democrats watching him than late night hosts Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel, according to data from Nielsen MRI Fusion.

And to be accurate to Fox News, their very high ratings outpace all the other cable news stations combined. That was true even before the post-election collapse in ratings for CNN and MSNBC. The latest Nielsen ratings per network;
Primetime 8-11pm Weekdays Current Viewership
Fox News = 3.0 Million total viewers, 501,000 in the 25-54 age demo
MSNBC = 684,000 total viewers, 67,000 in the 25-54 age demo
CNN = 464,000 total viewers, 120,000 in the 25-54 age demo
So, even when you combine both MSNBC and CNN's viewership in weeknight primetime, it's still less than half of Fox News.
Fox News = 3.0 Million total viewers, 501,000 in the 25-54 age demo
MSNBC+CNN = 1.148 Million total viewers, 187,000 in the 25-54 age demo
Last week's ratings "in the demo" of viewers under age 55 that advertisers chase after was another example of how multiple news networks combined can't even reach half of the Fox viewership. It's just a blowout.
Which is probably why CNN is about to lay off hundreds of staffers and on-air talent, and MSNBC is being auctioned off to the highest bidder by Comcast. Both those networks have lost huge amounts of money and viewers the past few years.
What is it the kids say now? Go Woke, Go Broke.

Death Knell? Comcast Spinning Off MSNBC Could Not Come at a Worse Time for the Struggling Progressive Network
Comcast spinning off MSNBC comes amid out-of-touch programming, poor ratings, and bipartisan rebuke of its star talent pivoting to a Trump-friendlier position.

CNN 'will axe top stars in layoffs that'll see hundreds fired'
The rumblings, first reported by Puck News , come as high-paid personalities like Jake Tapper and Wolf Blitzer were reportedly recently denied raises.
