I don’t know. No one knows. Only the folks at Disney. People need to remember that this was just announced *last Saturday*. There’s nothing wrong with not having all the details pertaining to a week old piece of information. Not knowing the location until maybe the end of the month, which is only a couple weeks away, is nothing unacceptable.

So somebody on Reddit noticed a signature in the bottom right corner of the first concept image (please excuse the poor quality):

Can’t remember what exactly they said, but it was something about the signature being from the Chapek era, and that this image and planning for the land could go way back to that time. So maybe this was an older concept they decided to show at D23, and the second image they released is a newer concept signifying they’re interested in AC? Idk just throwing this out here.
