I don't know what the general practice would be in this situation, but they did include the Employment Agreements for Classe and Gilzean in the May 10/23 Packet.

I guess I should have said they can with hold the employment specifics. That is what I think I know but I could be mistaken.
You may be right. I’m certainly not coming to any conclusions about normal practices based on the prior actions of this Board

My guess is that they are trying to pretend that this is all organic. This is the meeting where the idea is officially presented for their consideration.

Uh, Disney why would you do this? This sets a horrible precedent anyone with more experience in here have a reason they would do this? I also thought they weren’t open to negotiations? This seems horrible, am I missing something here?
