How far in advance can you book a FP+ for Be Our Guest Lunch?

Site really is buggy. I have an AP and everyone in my travel party has tickets linked in MDE. But I can only make FP+ for BOG for my immediate family; my parents are linked to our DVC reservation but I can't get a FP+ for a table of 5. Oddly, when I log in as one of my parents, who are...

Lunch at Be Our Guest Question

How long before your trip can you make lunch reservations? We are going the week after Thanksgiving, I called for a reservation for dinner at 180 days out and they were already booked for dinner for our whole trip.

Any pointers for our first trip to the Beach Club villas?

Let me second the suggestion for Beaches 'n Cream. I highly recommend the "No Way Jose" Also, if you haven't been there or seen it, there is a nice path that goes behind the Beach Club and brings you out right by the bridge to go to Epcot or over to the Boardwalk - no need to walk back through...

    Epcot 30 Illuminations?

Cool thanks. From doing some Google searching, the 25th tag wasn't announced until late September, so I'm not surprised there isn't much public yet. I missed the 25th but am looking forward to making it down there for the 30th...

    Epcot 30 Illuminations?

Anyone have any insight into the Illuminations show for Epcot's 30th anniversary? If they do a special show, will it be Sept 30 (day of D23 event) or Oct 1? I know they had a special tag at the end for the 25th, hope they do something similar this go around. Thanks Matt

It appears as if Magic Kingdom is the only dry park now

Disneyland is dry, with the exception of Club 33. I believe alcohol is served in DCA. --Matt

It appears as if Magic Kingdom is the only dry park now

Having been in the MK on a number of occasions for private events, I can say it feels really strange to see a bar setup along main street and people walking around with alcohol....just seems out of place there. Matt

    American Adventure - War Wagon

I don't recall if there are pictures, but the book Building a Better Mouse by Steve Alcorn has some great stories about the design and build of AA in particular as well as a few other EPCOT attractions. Matt

Free 'in-room' wireless internet starting at most Walt Disney World Resorts today

I was wondering about that, too. Gartner usually provides free WiFi for attendees in the conference areas (S&D, Yacht Club convention center) and in the past it has been pretty reliable. I'm hoping this new announcement from Disney was made with the knowledge that a few thousand IT people are...

    Backstage Magic Tour

I did the tour solo as well maybe two years ago. I had a blast, there were plenty of other people on the tour by themselves with me. It was a bit more "technical" than keys to the kingdom. KTTK was a lot of history and storytelling, with a few backstage parts, whereas BM was much more...

    Mobile support

Thanks. I generally use an iPhone 4. mobile.wdwmagic.com works great, but once I hit the forum, it is a little difficult to use. I know there are a few apps available that have vBulletin support, but I think they all require a plugin be installed into vBulletin itself. Thanks again Matt

    Mobile support

Is there support for Tapatalk, ForumRunner, or any of the other forum reading apps available on the app store? I'm not having much luck with the iPhone app style - just looks like the desktop version on my phone (requires a lot of scrolling and resizing) Thanks Matt

Chances of TRON attraction now that movie is out?

Didn't part of the PeopleMover in Disneyland go through a Tron scene for a while? I seem to recall a speed-tunnel Lightcycle sort of scene, but its been a long while.

    Mouse Surplus adventures from 2006

Thanks for the pics - are there any similar stores still open? I never went and intended to go on my trip next week, but it appears the store is a bit of a soap opera. Any recommendations?

Need laptop and internet at Disney

As the other replies have stated, there is wired Internet access near the small table in the rooms at POFQ. There is usually an ethernet cable on the clothes hanger in case you don't bring your own. OCCC is about a 20 minute drive; if you'll only be going off-property that once it may not make...
