Zootopia Coming To Shanghai

Right now there’s a main ride in a patrol car taking you through the different suburb districts, some kinda speakeasy mafia bar themed to Mr. Big and the polar bears, and a sweets shop.

It was in the early conceptual designs... but now I think it’s the same ride system as Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

This is from The Visionary Soul ages ago. I assume it's still applicable.

I'm kind of interested in this supposed coaster now.

a couple new updates from themeparx.com shows first skyscraper being put up as well as new 2nd pathway with bathroom that will make zootopia land a loop

Hopefully there's still a few more like the concept art, but the effect actually works reasonably well in photos!

Does anyone have any idea what the heck they are doing in Toy Story Playland? It's going up too quickly for it to be TSMM. Maybe literal midway games?

im not sure, but a MM in shanghai would be a great addition and if they redid that area they could hide the tron building from view

Tron in MK was announced a couple years after it finished construction in Shanghai. Hollywood Studios could (and should) get this ride in a few years.

That animatronic looks good except the eyes. Projection eyes are so bad, I really wish Disney just had the budget that Tokyo did for their Elsa animatronic.
